Considered the "Gold Standard" in non-practitioner Wilderness Medicine training, this 20-hour class builds on material covered in our WFA course, and introduces students to commercial equipment and supplies that may be encountered during an incident response. Class size is strictly limited to 10 students. Like our WFA program, a comfortable chair, clothing suitable for the conditions, a notebook and a headlamp are required. Regardless of weather conditions, challenging day and night scenarios should be expected by all students.
